Refund & Return Policy

Each item is handmade in small batches with natural materials.

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Scent preference

• Normal variations in color, texture, or botanical decoration

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
